Mission/Vision

Mission

Empower students with the skills needed to navigate their paths toward personal success.

Vision

In a safe, family centered environment based on a culture of respect, guide the transformation of students with unique needs into driven learners prepared for post-secondary success.

Equity Vision

Ensure all students including but not limited to those who have been historically underrepresented based on race/ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, socioeconomic status, geography, citizenship status, or religion— are offered a supportive and respectful learning environment.

We value:

  • Honest assessment of practices to continuously improve the program.
  • Families in all forms as active partners in their student’s education.
  • Student voice in decision making, planning, and learning.

We provide:

  • Resources to eliminate barriers to learning.
  • Case Management to ensure student voice.
  • Support for social emotional and mental health.

Equity is sustained by aligning resources to student need, student and family priorities, and student success for all student populations and student programs. We continuously assess and adjust the program to track data in real-time to meet the needs of students as they arise.
