Return to Learning

Full In-Person Learning Five Days a Week for 2021-22 School Year

Clover Park School District will return to 5 full days of in-person instruction in our schools for grades K-12 this fall. Safety protocols will be followed in alignment with guidance from Washington State Department of Health and Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction.

The first day of school for the 2021-22 school year is Wednesday, Sept. 1.

Virtual Learning Option Available

The district will provide a virtual learning option for elementary and secondary students whose families have decided to not send their child back to school full-time in person.  CPSD will use state approved online Alternative Learning Education (ALE) providers:

  • Grades K-5: Pearson
  • Grades 6-12: Graduation Alliance

Key information to know as you make this decision on whether your child will participate in in-person learning or enroll in virtual learning for the 2021-22 school year:

  • Your student will be enrolled for the FULL SCHOOL YEAR in this ALE program.
  • This program is separate from the school district, so you will not have a classroom teacher(s) from your neighborhood school.
  • Your student will continue to have access to resources and supports currently provided through the school district.

Interested families must complete the following interest/registration form. For questions, please contact:

  • Grades K-5: Elementary Education, Terese High, 253-583-5160
  • Grades 6-12: Secondary Education, Traci Newman, 253-583-5165
